Join us on August 8 (7:30-9:30 pm) in Manhattan for an exclusive talk by Noam Sienna on his groundbreaking, new book “A Rainbow Thread: An Anthology of Queer Jewish Texts”. Spanning nearly two millennia, this anthology collects for the first time over a hundred sources on the intersection of Jewish and queer identities. We will explore excerpts from the book (with a particular focus on Sephardic texts throughout history) and have a Q&A session with the author, followed by a book signing. We will also have a raffle to give away 3 free copies of the book! Refreshments will be served.
